I cant start Task Runner

I sent same message using web form but in case you did not get it,
I am reposting here...

This is first time I am trying to use Task Runner and I just downloaded the zip file from your homepage so I am using most current version.

The symptom is..
After install the program and the first run, the Task Runner dest not star up but pop up error message.
The error message is..

An error occured while setting up the Trial registration. You may need to be signed in as an administrator to install/configure TaskRunner.
