I sent same message using web form but in case you did not get it,
I am reposting here...
This is first time I am trying to use Task Runner and I just downloaded the zip file from your homepage so I am using most current version.
The symptom is..
After install the program and the first run, the Task Runner dest not star up but pop up error message.
The error message is..

FYI... This bug has been fixed in Build 1065.
